Your position at a glance

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and analytical team member to help us scale and support our growing user base of educators, schools, and creators. Reporting directly to the Product Lead, you’ll bridge customer insights with product decisions, ensuring every user finds success and delight in Delightex Edu.

Your tasks

Onboard new teachers, schools, and partners to ensure successful product adoption.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (and potentially resellers), acting as their main point of contact.
Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements and feature prioritization, maintaining a structured pipeline and dashboard of feature requests to represent the voice of the customer.
Monitor account health, engagement, and retention metrics, proactively addressing churn risks.
Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to enhance user experience and scalability.
Develop scalable customer success processes, playbooks, and self-service resources.
Represent the “voice of the customer” in product planning and roadmap discussions.

Your profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Product-facing roles.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, ideally with educators or SaaS users.
Analytical mindset with experience using data tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, or CRM dashboards) and low-code/no code softwares (Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, etc)
Excellent English communication skills

This is a plus

Experience working with EdTech or SaaS platforms.
Understanding of product metrics and user journey mapping.
Familiarity with teacher communities or digital learning ecosystems.
